RECIPE | Banana-Sour Cream Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
A little bit ago, around Easter, I came up with this cupcake recipe to use up my very ripe & browned bananas! They really turned out to be delicious and are now one of our family favorites! Give them a try for desert tonight!
Banana-Sour Cream Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour mixture into a 9X13 greased+floured baking pan or lined muffin tins.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Cool Completely before frosting.
